Digital Capital Week 2012

The third year running, DCWEEK 2012 was bigger and better than ever. 7 days, 200+ events and 10,000+ people came together to attend parties, keynotes, community events and participate in projects around the DC metro area. Designers, developers, entrepreneurs, and more met up to discuss big ideas for DC and beyond.

Fun facts:

  • 62% of attendees had never been to DCWEEK
  • Zombie to Vampire Ratio: 2 to 1
  • On average, DCWEEK attendees are hyper social with 3x the average number of friends and Facebook pages liked.
  • A total of 30,651 tweets about DCWEEK were tracked, almost 2x from last year.
